Te Puia Hot Springs Hotel Gisborne

What an absolutely wonderful stay. Job and his team were so friendly and kind. The Service was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. I had an ensuite room and it was great. Clean, tidy, plenty of room and everything I needed. My sister and niece shared a room that had a balcony but shared a bathroom was others. Their room was gorgeous too. Had a bit of a romantic vibe about it with its floaty curtains, the breeze coming through and fairytale like balcony (thats what my 5 year old niece said lol). The shared bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Plenty of room and a wardrobe. Also there is a wonderful Hot Pool outside with a nice cool shower for some hot/cold therapy. Will definitely be back Thank you Job

After a rainy long camping weekend, the hot pools were such a delight. The hotel was able to accommodate our large group in the shared block back as short notice. The hosts were awesome and super accommodating, even gave a free pack of cards and let us use their laundry facilities. We're able to use the common space with the juke box for a dance party and afternoon yoga session. 10/10 would recommend a stay here, absolutely awesome hosts and a great.
