Appalling. I'm a pretty chill person but my experience with this venue was terrible. Me and my friends booked to stay here for RNV in 2021. Unfortunately, RNV was canceled that year. We received an email that we could receive a refund through Eventfinda, if we applied within the next two weeks. However we had booked our tickets through the website page and NOT through Eventfinda. Therefore, we could not apply through Eventfinda for a refund. I called the camping site and was told that I should wait before applying for a refund and call them if I did indeed decide that I wanted a refund. I waited two days and then called them back, no answer. I called them MANY times after this throughout the following weeks, still nobody picked up. I also sent a message through there website, guess what! no reply. Finally after several weeks somebody picked up the phone. I was then told that it was passed the time that I could apply for a refund with them and they could not give me one. What?! I literally could not have tried harder to contact them AND it was fully their fault that I was unable to apply for my refund. I don't know if this happened to anybody else but I felt like I have been scammed, and as a poor uni student, I genuinely needed the money that spent on this trip back. I would not book this accommodation if you think you will need a refund at any time.
