All we wanted was a door to an upstairs bedroom and a refresh of our kitchen. Several great conversations later involving 'butter paper' and some great red wine, we were ready to embark on a major renovation of our Grey Lynn villa! Garry took our vague ideas and added his experience and energy into creating a fantastic outcome for us. He was professional, passionate and personable. He worked extremely well with our builder and sub-contractors and provided valuable project management input to the building process. And along the way we had a lot of fun! Yes, we got that door to the upstairs bedroom and a WHOLE lot more... Highly recommended!!

Garry is great to work with. He was very patient and tolerant of our decision making processes. His detailed knowledge of the plans was amazing and our build ended up progressing really well. We love our new addition. Its light warm and spacious and a pleasure to live in.

Sometimes extracting the wants of the client can be one of the most challenging things. We had ideas often conflicting and Garry was able to extracted solutions from us both. Listening, adapting and becoming familiar with us as a family helped massively at concept planning stage, in-turn helped us achieve a full modernisation of a transitional bungalow. keeping its character and turning into a home we love and can be proud of..
