        Had snorkel fittet, and while I'm no expert on the installation, they did a small scratch on the paint, manned up upfront that it had happened and gave a discount to compensate. Good to see honesty.

        Got the job done but overcharged me on the invoice by almost double what it should have cost. These guys dont realise I work across the road & watched them all morning, job took 3.5 hours with them moving slow standing around drinking coffee but charged me for 5 hours labour this including a lunch break at a whopping $120 per hour plus gst & $120 for transfer case oil which should only cost $25 a bottle - I mean cmon 2 X $60 why would it need 2 bottles it only takes 1 litre of oil! This is not how you get repeat customers. Hawkes bay is a small place you wont get far being dishonest. Wont be going back or recommending your business. Absolute rip off!
