The Baby Factory

my card "declined" 25th Feb. due to my credit card being worn out so they put through manual transaction but the signature was faded so paid by eftpos, later on i find i had been charged to my credit card its now 19th May and Baby factory is still holding my $140 saying my its my bank which its not. Not to mention all the time spent trying to get it back and two trips to Hastings Branch which is approx $80 gas, n They've been such a nightmare to deal with over a simple refund!.

I was looking for an item this branch was the only close one with stock and were able to send it to me by paying over the phone. Such a relief to have a back up blanket for my daughter . Very greatful for going above and beyond would shop here again :)

Staff here are always full of knowledge and always ready to help. Great for buying for very little prem babies as most other shops don't seem to go small enough for them. Huge space although sometimes it is difficult squeezing amongst the racks of clothes.
