I cant speak highly enough of TC computers. He located the graphics card as the source of the problem and while the computer is out of its 1 year warranty, informed me that it should be covered by the CGA. He then packaged the computer beautifully with bubble wrap so that I could send back to the retailer, including a letter to them of his findings. And very reasonably priced, especially considering that his knowledge of the CGA will hopefully save me from needing to buy a new laptop!
