        How about locking the public toilets in Warren st and not letting the bums and beggars camp out get drunk and party all day and night in this nice new area, put your foot down and clean this place up properly there's weirdo's hanging out all hours now so lock the toilets clean the streets properly.         Another bloated local council that can't get out of its own way, bleeding ratepayers money on literally anything apart from what they should be. Absolute disgrace to the ratepayers of Hastings.

        Very unprofessional behaviours of a certain building officer Bowden. Asking for information already provided in Building consent, with poor grammar and very aggressive tones. Unpleasant experience and causing significantly delay in the BC process.
