        It's been about two years since I visited so I tried to make an appointment online. After at least 10 minutes trying to log in I got a message on the screen that I now had to update my password because new rules. I went through this procedure and then tried to log in with my new password but it told me it was incorrect. (I am 100% convinced that is was the correct one.) Then I wrote my email address using the lost password procedure. This did not work either as the email was never sent. I gave up. Nice work OPSM. This is one way to lose your clients.
