        Been a member since 2018 opening. Then became a coach with F45 Hastings in 2021. I cant describe enough how much this studio has done me good. Mentally and physically. You receive amazing encouragement by members & coaches. The coaches are very professional in what they do by providing assistance with all aspects of health - training, recovery and nutrition. Highly recommend F45 Hastings NZ and Ill be visiting every-time I am home. Will miss this space for my daily dose, but its not goodbye!

        After losing my MOJO to workout I found F45. I just have to turn up and the friendly trainers and awesome people have made working out fun again.
