        Customer service and communication is non existing with the owner-operators of this place. No regard for their customers at all. Promises promises promises, followed by silence, especially once youve signed on the dotted line, I can give at least 2 dozen examples of how these guys just ignore their customers (more than $20k into a $30k+ project. Just this morning one of their guys managed to ask for something which we actually have an agreed change on over 5 months ago. Ultimately very unprofessional and leave you as a customer with a dirty taste in your mouth. If you want a new kitchen without headaches go somewhere else.
