Worst medical clinic in Hawke's Bay. They'll get your script wrong EVERY time you call up for a new one. You'll have to call back to get it redone, then fight them to get them to not charge you for the new script. Nowhere else is taking new patients, so I'm stuck for the moment

This is the worst health care facility in the Hawkes Bay by far called for a appointment for my step daughter waited over a hour after being told where to park. Went inside after waiting for a hour to be told appointment was booked in flaxmere with no indication from the caller very disappointed in the service will not be returning to this practice ever again. Be wise take your kids to someone that care about their health rather than sending them to ICU with rheumatic fever. Thanks for nothing tortara health hope no one elses children experience this lack of communication service and basic human rights.

I had an appointment today and felt rushed, had other issues that I wanted to mention and couldn't as I was guided out of the room.
