        Disastrous experience with this company and director. Engaged this guy for an assessment to rebuild old bungalow. Had a budget of 100k pre approved, said improvements etc could be done for around 200k. Went back for lending pre approval. He then went ahead with his own design & plans excluding me from input. Created an over capitalized nightmare. I Paid more for the plans vs quote. Ended up with a building project costing est $374k. Complete waste of 3 years building income for lending, 9 months of an empty rental property and told to get lost when I tried to seek accountability. Sooo wanted to take this wanka to court. Had already lost enough including sanity. Stay clear.
