The two stars are for the friendly guy who's usually on at the weekend. No stars for the other grumpy guy who served us a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday and filled my car without asking how much I wanted. $106. Lucky I could pay. Was rude to my daughter and his way of solving the problem told her to learn to pump petrol herself. This was in front of three other customers. How rude. No-one stepped in to help my daughter either. I have severe arthritis and can't pump for myself. My daughter has a physical problem that means she can't lift anything heavy and hold it for any length of time. It is a simple customer service for a staff member to come out and do it for us. How do you deal with people in wheelchairs you nasty little man? Do you tell them to go away? Manager very embarrassed and upset at this staff members behaviour and was going to deal with it when he got back from holiday. I hope he enjoyed his holiday because we were so shocked and upset about this incident it made us feel very undervalued as frequent customers at this garage. He was so rude in front of other customers to my daughter. He should have been sacked as far as I a concerned.
