id give it a higher review because the lady in the store is absolutely lovely and has been wonderful whenever im in there. but the older man that is there has no customer service skills and was beyond condescending to me regarding my parcel. I have sent many parcels exactly the same size using the same ticket as recommended by the post and from other postal services, and was told itd be fine as long as its under the weight. ive sent hundreds and theyve been fine. if it wasnt for the fact the lady in there is lovely id give it a one star. will be switching to a different courier and postal service because of this terrible experience.

I shop here for my Manga & Anime needs. They always have the best selection of books & if I ever need a book they dont currently have, they will order it & put on hold for me Great customer service, always happy when I leave
