        I stayed at fairmont for two weeks , had my room cleaned once in that time , there was a big infestation of German cockroachs behind the fridge in the bathroom and roaming around the room open up the draw for knives and forks and they were in there aswell advised the manger and nothing was done about them , one night I woke up to one crawling on my pillow , the spa bath didn't work the bed room window didn't shut
