Im diabetic so a visit every 3 months is a must. MoveMe Health cancel appointment with no notification by txt email or phone call only to be inform on arrival of appointment and I needed to rebook and next available appointment be in 3months. Next appointment approach only to be advised they cancel again without notice and next available appointment is another 3 months away. Needless to say there customers service is undesirable and there professionalism needs to be question as a health service provider

After a cancelled appointment there was no follow up for a replacement. Confusion arose when I was inexplicably discharged and had to be re enrolled again. Eventually got a replacement appointment and was expecting nothing more than nail clipping which was my past experience. However on my latest visit the attention to detail and service had improved considerably. You could not ask for better service.During this hiatus in service a big toe nail was completely destroyed due to an unfortunate accident and a nail on the other foot was also seriously damaged. The nails had simply got out of control and were too long When the podiatrist was aware of what happened she did say to contact them and never let that happen again. So well done. My next visit is scheduled for April so I have diarised that on my phone as a reminder. I hope to receive a similar level of service.

Terrible service an appointment was made: we went and the podiatrist would not complete the job .. isnt that what we went for... not impressed a lot of time and effort went into getting this person an appointment grr not happy

Is this business still operating? I normally visit them every 8 weeks, they make the appointment and let me know by text. I was due for another visit in early December but never heard anything and with Christmas fast approaching I forgot to make contact with them which is my fault. In February I have tried their 0800 number without success and their website is not working either. I was happy with the treatment that I received from the podiatrists when it was open.
