        Terrible experience. I bought an orbitsound sound bar + subwoofer from pbtech which direct imports supplied. I found it had a number of faults, specifically sound dropping out occasionally, low pitch buzzing and severe lag when using Bluetooth. Pbtech sent it back to direct imports & direct imports claim to have tested it and found no fault and aren't going to do anything to remedy the situation. On the invoice direct imports have supplied, it states they've only tested for the low pitch buzzing and didn't perform any other diagnostic testing for the other problems that were very specifically stated on pbtech's job sheet. I will now be engaging my lawyer to follow this up as it is unlawful for them to refuse to remedy the situation under the consumer guarantees act. I will be sure to get video evidence of all faults and will obviously be claiming all lawyers costs when it goes to court. Do not recommend direct imports whatsoever.
