Lady beside us wanted to see how long it would take for her food after waiting 2 hours also. They replied "another 40minutes". Come on guys this is not on!
I appreciate that it is busy summer period and hard to find vaccinated staff. But you can do things to mitigate this. No other winery we visited had this issue.
You need to take the kitchen out of the name of this place. Because air fried chips, Toasted sandwiches, and a small pizza oven is not a kitchen.
I hope next summer you can solve these issues.
