        Really poor communication. Can't return a call or an e-mail for 2-3 weeks. Seem to only want to do insurance co work.

        Coldrite have been of assistance several times over many years with repairs/cleaning of existing air con units and installation of new ones - always friendly, fast and efficient - have never used anyone else since. They also gave us a very good recommendation for a business to use out of the area where they didn't operate and they were equally as good. Thanks to the entire Coldrite team.

        I had a Daikin heat pump installed to replace the old one had issues with it from day one kept turning itself off despite the inconvenience and issues and the need for a repair to my brand new product they still insist on full price would have been better to have kept the old one till it died ... not happy effectively bought a second and paying full price....has asked me to remove my post I willnever deal witht these people again
