They are ok. They will get their mechanics to do what you want if you know exactly what the problem is, but will not help problem solve and just shrug their shoulders or add pointless comments which tend to just be self serving (ie prophets of doom that require you spend pointless sums of money to serve their purposes. They told me countless things worth thousands of dollars could be wrong for example when in reality it was just an air filter.. and that my vehicle was largely an annoyance to them). Their service management is a bit flippant, dismissive and light on hands on experience and knowledge and their actual staff are too busy doing the work to help fault find. I'd use them again though if I had no choice since the actual work was solid. I wouldn't go see them unless I knew exactly what I wanted them to do, since I suspect their plan is to tend towards a kind of vague drama if you can't be specific.
