Our garage door which is probably 21 years old, started to play up around the time the cyclone hit Hawkes Bay and we had the power cut. It gradually got worse to the point where this week it stopped working completely. I rang Action Door Solutions and explained the situation to a nice lady called Helga. She understood it was an urgent job and it wasn't long before Liam rang and said they could fit us in on Friday 24th March after midday. It got even better than that because Dale arrived and quickly worked out that the existing motor was "stuffed" and that we needed a new one. An hour or so later we had a new Merlin motor installed. Well done to Dale who was a pleasant guy to deal with and knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend Action for Action.
