Would not recommend this place at all. My ute was finally ready to be picked up from Pitstop Hastings on the Friday. Cost me $1750. Paid in full and was told that I would receive my invoice on the following Monday. Did not receive invoice on Monday. Was important to receive this as I did not know exactly what work had been completed on my ute. Called on Tuesday to tell them I had not received invoice and that my ute still had the same issue that I took it in for. Was told that I would receive by the end of that day. Still nothing. Phoned again on the Friday that week and was told they think they have an IT issue as to why I didn't receive the invoice and that they would call back later on that day to tell me exactly what work was carried out on my ute. That didn't happen either so still waiting for an invoice to see what work was done on my ute over one week later. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
