Rung around the whole of hawkes bay for someone to check out my timing ,had no luck with anyone even DSL, Gave Nissan a call and without hesitation they said yes well take a look ,within a day if dropping it off ,it was ready to collect the next morning with issues resolved. superb customer service/workmanship.

Terrible service. I took my car in for a wof at 10am and went back at 3.30pm and I had to wait a further 45 minutes before they finally finished it. The car came back with a Rather noticeable large scratch on the boot. It failed which is fair enough and they said they would send out a quote the next Day and 9 days later I am still waiting. I got it fixed somewhere else and the service was much better.

Solid across the board. Best service I've ever had at a car dealership. I bought a little Swift, the cheapest (used) car on the lot and the boys at HB Nissan still went above and beyond. Heath from sales was a genuinely good bloke, was happy to let me do my thing and dug up whatever info I asked for about the car even when I gave him a hard time about the price. Paul the principal dealer although he seems kind of grumpy is actually a really nice guy and took his time to make sure I was comfortable with everything along the way. And after the car came back from the groomers with a foggy headlight the guys said not to worry, they'll fix it up free of charge. Mark from service was also great organising the replacement headlight and kept me in the loop all along the way. To be honest didn't feel like I was dealing with a car dealership, just a bunch of guys wanting to help out. 10/10 would buy again and I'm not even that keen on Nissans.
