        Absolutely love this parkrun, my family and I go most weekends. It's a beautiful award winning park and is well maintained. Recommend to anyone that loves to walk or run. Even if you can't walk 5km, you can just join us for 1 lap or 2. Completing 3 laps is 5km and it won't take you long to build up your fitness. Bring your children, Bring a friend(s), Bring your dog (on a lead).
