        I had the worst experience here. No info was given ahead of time for international students for their diploma course. It doesnt run any longer. There were no replies to some important emails from Rachel Chapman in the office (later I learned they went to spam, very unprofessional!) and no orientation was provided. The hostel rooms were freezing cold and I had a nightmare getting WiFi in my room. The washer was dirty. I dont know if this seems normal for kiwis but they should have more awareness before marketing a course to internationals. And they didnt tell me about the ten day refund policy, I wouldve returned in a hot minute. Very shoddily run course and even the director John Burnett left the next year. No matter what they say in reply this is to warn the general public before investing money here.
