        I claimed my insurance from AA and later insurance company send me to this repair shop .I went on Thursday and shown my car .the guy took photos and all and told me gonna reward me back on Monday .and again he didn't send me any quote so I can him again to ask what happened again the same story he said he will check and let me know .so I give up and change my plan Becz I dnt like to waste my time by calling again .so I'm fixing my car from Mazda .but I complaint to AA about this becz I pay for my insurance every week and dnt deserve this kind of service .still thank you doesn't matter how busy you guys but atleast shud inform the quotation for my vehicle .
