Awful costumer service and communication. Very disappointing experience. We had this place booked for a bridal party and Adrienne cancelled two days before the wedding due to being unwell with zero consideration to the fact that the accomodation was booked 3 month in advance and knowing that it was for a wedding. Left us looking frantically for accomodation two days before the wedding. She even contacted me earlier in the week and said she was excited to have us and that she wont let us down then received a text from her out of no where two days later saying she had to cancel because is wasnt feeling well. Please be aware of booking this place for important events.
