        Some staff are usually friendly and coffee ok, recently however.... Havent had diary in over 5 years and was given a cows milk coffee after asking for coconut milk. Barista was extremely apologetic however offered no refund or replacement coffee. I couldnt drink the coffee he had given me yet was expected to pay for it. Bit bummed out and this day in age places need to be really careful with serving diary as can have serious repercussions. a refund would have been great. Dont think it should be up to me to ask for it.
