Stu cuts my hair and does an incredible job, the attention to detail on the cut is always bang on. The overall feeling in the whole salon is awesome, like a family everyone is welcoming, friendly and care about me as a person. Love my bi weekly visits

Came in for a retouch cut and color didn't think I would be there 3 hours so I brought my two granddaughters. My 6 yr old became sick while there and vomited all over the floor. Tony was amazing helping to accommodate a bad situation he is one in a million. However I was disappointed as I had to spend longer due to the roots being yellow with the rest blonde. I feel I have been coming long enough that this should not be happening I want a bleach blonde white but always get a grey color maybe I'm not explaining correctly. I don't want to feel I am going behind Tony's back as I could never fault the way he addresses his clients, he honestly is one in a million with his customer service. I haven't spoken with Tony about how I feel about my hair but I know he will 100% understand when I do. Kind regards Teresa
