We are small business owners who never expected to claim on any of our insurance policies. We had no appreciation as to how valuable these policies would be in times of crisis. Which unfortunately, has now occurred 3 x within our 4 years of trading. Brad not only managed everything insurance-wise but also helped set up our ACC, this has been a complete silver lining in these unforeseen events that unfortunately have been too familiar in our recent times.
