        James is always helpful, and Sandra is a phenomenal designer. Encourage her to do her best and pay her properly for it. She'll give you a design that will attract people and cement your brand. They are such a friendly couple that I sometimes stop in just to say hi. James's sense of humor can be a bit bold, and he's always good for a laugh. Stopped in on their first day open after Cyclone Gabrielle, and James had a steady stream of demanding regulars. I'm always impressed with his professionalism.
