What a disappointing experience! On arrival the resturant was busy. Thankfully, we'd booked a table. After waiting a while, we had to call the waiter to take our order. Waiting a further 20 minutes or so, we finally got our drinks. Time passed by, and after almost an hour after ordering with nobody checking on us or giving us an update. We asked the waiter over for an update and the answer was "oh sorry, I don't know"... You can imagine at that point while sitting hungry and waiting for food for a long time with no apologies, our patience had run out! We decided to cancel the order and pay for the drinks that we didn't finish. This was very disappointing and not acceptable at all. You can't run a business and give this level of low service, even when the customers are being patient. We understood it was a busy night, but it's your duty to provide a service for the customer and keep them informed. We have dined at this place before and we have never been so disappointed with the service. It's such a shame that the business is run where the customers are seemingly not a priority. This is nothing against the food at all. The previous times that we went there the food and service was good, hence that's why we came back. We noticed the business is for sale and we hope the new owners do a much better job of caring for the clientele. Visited April 2023

Fantastic food fantastic atmosphere our waiter I think his name was Elliot delightful and an asset to the restaurant and really made the night for us .Well done we will come again for sure next time we are in Hastings thankyou so much for making our family night out such fun .excellent all around
