Selected this company due to their quote being cheaper than other companies. However, the quality of the work was disappointing and in hind sight the vents (ducted air con system) aren't positioned ideally as well as the controller not providing expected functionality. Communication post install had been terrible as I've tried to get issues addressed. All in all leaves me feeling disappointed we choose this company.

Turned up for job 2 and 1/2 hours late and only after I called because I was waiting and they hadn't shown up. I was late for work got no phone call that the were delayed and when I did speak to someone they said not his problem hes not sure why the tradie did the other job before mine as he was supposed to job was urgent too poor service and accept no responsibility. N just told me I had to wait

We had 3 Heat Pump units installed in our bedrooms downstairs. Nitend arrived on a Wednesday and we could instantly tell he knew what he was talking about when it came too various heating/cooling systems fit for our type of house and his price was unbeatable. The following Monday all units were installed by Josh, who was also friendly and understanding as we had a 10 week old and he was able to do all the noisey stuff when she was awake. All units installed are tidy both inside and out. The sparky that arrived was also fast, efficient and knew all things sparky related. We would highly recommend Nitend and his team to anyone needing their services. Services: Installation, Install AC, Heating system installation
