Bay Audiology Napier - Kennedy Road

Bad experience with the receptionist over the phone when making appointment for my hearing check. I felt very frustrated when they relayed information to confirm appointment over text and they clearly said they will text me to confirm the appointment. However they didnt confirm the appointment and I had to ring up again. She was very rude and said that they are very busy and havent got back to me after the cyclone happened to rebook my appointment. They told me to come in and they will have an available spot for me today. I arrived to my appointment and they said I didnt have one. Just so frustrating when you have driven all that way to say that there is no appointment available for you. Very disappointing!!!!!

I am over from the UK and my hearing aid stopped working. A quick search online a quick call a short drive and hearing aid now working in quick time. Excellent, professional service.

A nice tranquil setting upon arrival. Friendly intro by staff & when receiving consultation. I reccomend this establishment for any procedures or consultations you may require within this field
