Unfortunately I live in Hastings otherwise you would gain my business regular. A friend of mine who lives in Napier called in and bought me a cake. It was delicious and very home made like taste. I definitely will call in there .

The filled roll I just purchased at lunch time was so stale the bread in the bun just crumbled. If a bakery cant get the basics right then there is something very. First and last visit

Very disappointed that the young lady serving couldnt be bothered to be helpful. I waited patiently until there was no other customer in the shop so as not to put any pressure on the young woman and then asked if I could have a specific colour of biscuit for a special event. There were mixed colours, but plenty of the colour I was requesting were visible. She refused to help. Saying I would just have to take what was given. I requested very politely for pink only and she refused. There were no other customers in the shop. She was arrogant and rude. Cant believe the attitude, you have lost my business and the business of all my friends and family.
