Weve loved coming here for ten years plus. The food and service are outstanding and the space is absolutely beautiful. Always a treat, whether its brunch, lunch, dinner or coffee.

Do not recommend the corn fritters. 3 deep fried balls of corn fritter with a dollop of bacon and nothing to tie it all together except some syrup. A token piece of lime for colour underneath it all. Could easily be made into a great dish, unfortunately was a sea of brown and uninspiring.

People with sensory issues should avoid Mister D. With wooden floors, concrete walls, and the sound system turned right up, Mister D is an acoustic nightmare. There aren't any soft materials or furnishings to absorb the echos so you can hear every conversion happening around you at once. The staff were surly and unwelcoming, but this was probably because they were having to repeat themselves to me and wait for me to try and understand the menu (there was too much going on and I couldn't focus). They were unwilling to adjust a meal for me. The food wasn't very nice, and I'm still feeling ill from how rich it was. I'm sure those without sensory problems would have a completely different experience!
