        Attempted to make a booking, I have a twisted spine, Lower leg numbness, was told there were no spaces, yet receptionist booked someone else in while I was standing right there. Was referred to another practise, staff blamed covid for back log, and then told me "oh well squeeze you in if you need it" as I was limping out of the door. I think its at my discretion if I need it. Which I did, as the pain is debilitating at present. Pretty disgusted.
