Whenever we have clients requiring support for their e-commerce, inventory management, or job management solutions, we know that Consult will provide professional advice and ongoing support. Our firm uses Xero accounting software only, so we can always trust that Joannas solutions and integrations will be completely seamless for us as the accountants, and for our clients.

After having issues with our POS system that keep crashing and loosing data our accountant suggested that we contact Consult Ltd in Napier, After speaking to Joanna we decided to change to Vend and Xero, The transition was meant to be at the end of March, but covid got in the road, but we eventually got there. Consult where great to deal with and nothing was an issue for them, They transferred across all of the info from our old system with out any issues. Even being in Lower Hutt was not an problem A phone call was always easy way to communicate and dealt with in a professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Consult Ltd and I thank them for helping us Phil Hanlen Great Expectations

I highly recommend Joanna and her team for their sound knowledge, advice and affordability. My company, Greenscene Arboriculture Ltd, has been a client of Consult Ltd for a number of years, and Joanna has been instrumental in helping us solve our software (accounting) issues. Attentive to the issues raised, Jo thoroughly researches options and advocates with the software writers for suggested improvements within the packages. More recently Consult has been critical in assisting us with selecting job management software which I am fully confident will streamline administration, thereby saving us both time and money. After only a short time I know it will be something we'll wonder how we ever did without!
