Thanks for your email regarding your front tooth. We restored tooth 12 (right lateral incisor) under ACC on 28/5/20 and tooth 11 (right central incisor) on 15/7/20. It is possible that one of these teeth may be discolouring due to the pulp (nerve) of the tooth dying off. If this is the case the tooth would require root treatment prior to any further treatment. Due to you having failed to attend two separate appointments (8/7/20 and 20/10/21) with us in the past we are not prepared to make you any further appointments at our practice. If you would like a copy of your ACC number, please let us know. This was the email I received back after I had ask for help after the tooth they replaced is discoloured. During 2020 and 2021 my mental health was on a downward spiral unfortunately. I see 4 months ago David there was another not so good review. Good luck with your business.

From the U.K and had to go to the dentist after over a year when I broke part of my tooth in NZ and the team are so friendly here including Sarah at reception and very welcoming! Gwyn and Jan were excellent and exceptionally knowledgeable about treatments and explaining everything with a great standard of care, will be my regular now and cannot recommend this dental practice enough!!

So i came here experiencing very sensitive molar tooth (hadn't been able to eat on one side for 4 months and had tried sensetive Toothpaste which didn't work) so I came here. A lovely calm and professional environment as you walk in. The male dentist did an x-ray on my teeth and explained I would need root canal. Also gave the option of going to an expert for the root canal so I knew all my options, however I decided to get it done here. Two appointments later and I have had the root canal completed and I feel zero sensetivity now. I can eat properly again and don't have to worry about anything. Fantastic service and I can highly recommend coming here, im used to the NHS of England Dentists and I'm incredibly happy i paid private instead. Thank you
