Owner a nice guy to talk to on the phone. Accommodated my my request for delivery time. I haven't seen the treadmill that I am renting yet so can't comment on the quality of the product. My husband wants to ensure it is a good quality stable treadmill.

Horrible experience with napier store. Tried to hire a treadmill waited over a month only to be given attitude when I enquired again.

How hard is it to spend money with these people?! I have filled out their enquiry form twice - absolutely no response. Called and spoke to a guy - told him I wanted to rent equipment and pay for a courier to Gisborne. He told me he would call the next day - absolutely no contact since. Am so annoyed - either they're going out of business and don't see the point in taking my money. OR they're doing so well they don't need my money OR they are genuinely awful with customers. Not impressed whatsoever.
