I recently completed Ombre brow tattoo with Kat in her Napier salon. I absolutely loved my time with Kat she is professional, welcoming, caring and lovely Ombre brows is my second course with Kat & I am coming back for Lip blush tattoo I cant recommend Kat enough (hence why I keep coming back) & I already have family studying through Kat aswell Thank you so much Kat for making me feel confident in ombre brows and I cant wait to get into in my salon Services: Microblading, Eyebrow shaping, Eyebrow beautification, Permanent makeup

I attended the L&B Academy course for eyelash extensions and it was an absolute delight. Right from the initial inquiry about the programme. The online training was really understandable right down to the in salon experience. It was nice & refreshing to know Kat & her team were readily available to ask questions and provide support prior to being in salon and have also made it clear they are still available if we ever get stuck or need further assistance. Thank you Kat to you and your team the standard you have set is super exceptional and I highly recommended your services to anyone and everyone!!

So blessed to have done this course! Finished my first course online with ease. Everything was easy to follow and the support has been so amazing from Kat and the team xx I cant wait to continue studying with L&B Academy x

Highly recommend these lovely ladies. I felt so welcomed by the team! There very supportive throughout all my online classes, and make it nice and simple to understand! Will definately be back in the future for further courses .

I had booked an appointment for tattoo eyebrows however I wanted to cancel this which was the next day as I had found a cheaper service that would save me $200 and I called up and asked if I could cancel my booking which the girl on the phone said yes however she doesn't have access to give my refund back as I purchased this service through Lay buy and she said it would be done the following day from the manager which was a Saturday. Saturday evening around 7pm I got a call from them unwilling to give my refund back and wanted to give me store credit and stating there refund policy is ALL over there website and Facebook page which is not true I had gone through there website after the call and screen recorded every section of their website and couldn't find this no refund policy I also couldn't find this policy on their Facebook page. She then began asking me who I'm going to get my eyebrows from which I replied ATINA COSMETICS LTD she then began to tell me she's the best in New Zealand, She specialist's in men eyebrows there's reasons why ATINA must be so cheap. Which I told her can you stop your marketing I want my refund which she refused and offered store credit. I wouldn't need any other services they provide I definitely not getting my lips done and I wouldn't need any eyebrow services as my eyebrows will be tattoo'd, we both argued back n forth with her stating this phone call is recorded which I asked for a copy of and the policy with no response however I got no where with these people , sometimes common sense is needed and that whole argument was unnecessary I told her to shove that money where the sun don't shine I'd never come to you or have you touch my face after this. I then hung up and received a text only seconds later and said we don't want no drama and gave me my refund and also blocked me from there Facebook page. This no refund policy does not align with fair trade law or lay buys refund policy. PS. ATINA COSMETICS YOUR MAHI SPEAKS FOR ITSELF NO NEED FOR MARKETING. CANT SAY THE SAME ABOUT THESE GUYS.
