Firenzo Woodfires

I had a new Firenzo Napier AG wood fire installed in my house this winter. It is beautifully made, easy to clean and performed above expectations for the size - it heats a two story 105m2 house throughout. The build quality felt hugely superior to other, more popular brands I looked at - the firebox steel is super thick, and the door and top are cast iron. Highly recommended!

The after sales support is somewhat lacking for the average consumer when these heating appliances need servicing. We purchased our recent house and inherited an eight year old Lady Kitchener fire which is absolutely fantastic, but it required urgent servicing and it was near impossible to find parts for it, let alone any technical documentation online from Firenzo. The local service agent is too busy for servicing work so we have a product that is no longer fit for purpose.

Just finished our first winter with our new Firenzo. Heated the whole house, didn't need our heatpump and we used a lot less wood than previous years. Found Firenzo very good to deal with.

I purchased a Firenzo fire place end of last winter and found the service and fire to be completely adequate until I discovered a cracked tile in the fire place after 5-6 uses. I contacted Firenzo via email with photo and 4 days later received a reply telling me that the crack wouldn't affect the fire and not to "throw" wood onto the fire! i explained that "throwing" wood on the fire wasn't something I did and would like a replacement tile..... that was mid June and the rest of my emails/phone calls have gone unanswered. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this company as if there are any subsequent problems, I highly doubt they would be addressed.
