Appalling service when they don't answer the phone for over an hour in the early afternoon. We had four retro fit windows ordered. Took 3 months to come and they were all the wrong size. Also, their aluminium was scratched. Had to wait weeks more for the right size. Hopeless.

I do not normally write reviews . l found the service at Metro Glass Napier to be excellent. Firstly , their pricing for the bathroom mirror was very competitive. The service , incl the offer of installation advice & delivery when l couldnt fit the mirror in my car was that extra step. lvwill recommend Metro and certainly use them again.

I needed to get 2 small jobs done, absolutely impressed with Stacie at reception, what an awesome young girl to deal with, polite, efficient and very helpful, I would highly recommend this company, prices are very competitive and workmanship is of a high standard, I am a very satisfied customer
