I am so grateful to have Rothbury Insurance Brokers H.B. as my Brokers. My experience over many years has shown I made the right decision when choosing Rothburys. They have proved over and over again to be thorough, reliable, professional and give the most amazing personal service. The staff have great communication skills, are very approachable, friendly and follow through on any arrangements made. They have gone the extra mile to find the best insurance policy and price, to meet my needs. They have been extremely supportive and helpful when making a claim and follow the process through to completion. Over the years I have had the pleasure to work with a few different staff members, including management, and without question, they have all been amazing. So much like working with a friend, rather than a business employee. Even my family who live in Auckland, have Rothbury Hawkes Bay as their Brokers.
