On request we supplied a sample which we were told they would test and supply recommendation. We received two advertising brochures with no detail on what the problem was and what the alternative systems provided. Cost variance was $3100 to $3500 When I asked for the result of the testing I was eventually told there would be a $65 charge to see them.
There was no mention of a charge when I made the enquiry and in fact it was clearly indicated the testing was done in house.
I am not prepared to invest this amount of money without full information and to try to charge unadvised fees in retrospect is very unprofessional
Warning to anyone dealing with this company: Make sure you get all the facts and charges in advance - or like me from now on, don't deal with them at all.
