        Everytime we walk into micheal hill hastings we usually get looked up & down and ignored thats what we experienced on friday afternoon the lady had no time of day for us told me they had no stock ( when i seen the necklace on display lol ) & went on helping a fulla for 10 minutes that didn't even buy anything lol. So me & my partner went to micheal hill napier on saturday & wow !!!! We were greeted by a lovely lady & acknowledged & then Sharlei came over helped my partner & I She was lovely, kind & went over and beyond for us making sure I had the perfect fit chain, showed us options & treated us like human beings. Thank you so much sharlei & napier Michael hill. Your hastings store need customer service training from napier store

        I went at 3.45 on a Sunday to choose a ring. Their hours say until 4pm on a Sunday. The doors were locked and there were 2 ladies in the store staring at me. Instead of opening up they continued to stare even though they were supposed to still be open
