This was my first Ka Huna bodywork and massage session and Im so happy I found Christa! The whole session she made me feel calm, at ease and fully relaxed so I could really benefit from the healing work. I cant wait for my next appointment - I am lucky to live in a town where there is someone with so much experience and expertise in this field of healing work. Thank you Christa.

Christa is amazing, her Dorn method therapy has helped significantly with my lower back pain. I am now equipped with exercises from the Dorn method to help any niggles of pain that pop back after heavy lifting etc. Cranial has also been amazing, the whole family will be coming very soon. Thank you

I received an absolutely wonderful massage from Christa. I had the Ka Huna massage and she really knew what she was doing. I felt safe and in skilled hands the whole time. The room was warm and clean. I was melted butter when I left. I will certainly go again the next time I am in Napier.
