The Doctors Napier

Long wait times as per for the doctors .very poor results the doctors just give you pills and don't actually look into what is wrong with you

Was sent to the Napier branch to conduct my immigration medicals. I completed my appointment with Dr Owen Kelly on the 13th of January, where I was assured my medicals would be submitted on the following Monday. Dr Kelly has been on sick leave since then with nothing submitted a week later. I've visited the branch in person twice, where I was assured that another doctor would handle and submit the medicals, every time I speak to someone from their immigration department they say they have done all they can do. I was told to complain on their website but haven't found any complaints department I can contact. Just utterly useless, no one taking ownership of case the buck keeps being passed on and on and on and on. Very disappointed in this entire process.

Fantastic experience. Even though it was an after hours walk in I was seen relatively quickly. Doctor was excellent and was accurate in his diagnosis and sent me straight to hospital where I received the care I needed. Great experience from start to finish, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

The Building was very clean and the layout was very easy to read, the first points of contact were very approachable and professional. The Doctor "Dr Justin Pratt" is a "Minta", if anyone was destined to become a Doctor, its this Man!! Very personable and truly a professional. BIG thankyou to the Doctors Napier

Best way to describe doctors Napier would be USELESS. Don't ever go there, they never want to help and the receptionist can't count past their fingers it seems. I would never recommend going to the doctors Napier. You'll probably walk out of there worse than you did entering.
