Just had my teeth cleaned by Elsie - best clean Ive had (compared with other NZ hygienists, UK, Aus and Singapore). She was professional, took the time to educate me with the latest practices in dental hygiene and was very gentle - really important given all my dental work (implants and veneers). Highly recommend Elsie and will return.

Then first 6 years were great. Tight ship, never missed a beat. Dentists were understanding, Yet since the pandemic arrived, sadly i can no longer trust i will be seen on the appointments made because someone new has arrived and lost your long awaited appointment! How frustrating and disappointing, you let it slide after mentioning it to new front staff and they have no clue how to handle what could have been an easy mistake to fix yet turned it into this review. I simply cannot trust the receptionists that you have from deletion or lack of communication. These girls need to be re educated on their protocols! As for Brad and Mike, yeah good dentists so if you can get through the ostriches at front counter then for sure.

Like a lot of older people, I have anxiety when it comes to going to a dentist. I have been to a few different dentists in my life. I have had teeth filled just to have them break again. I chose to go to Clive square Dental as they were the only ones that replied to a query that I sent to a few Dentists, and I am glad I did. They removed my teeth, that had broken, for me. It was the most pain free Dental visit I have ever had. All the Staff were so nice, and the whole experience, from the initial consultation to the tooth extraction, was the most stress free Dental visit ever. I am actually looking forward to getting my next broken tooth fixed. Knowing that I am in good hands. Thank you for making what has only ever been a bad experience for me into a good one.
