We used Debbie to help us in the purchase of our first home in 2020 and she was fantastic from the start, guiding us through the process of obtaining our first mortgage and massively calming our nerves. Having recently relocated to Wellington, we called on Debbie again and she was awesome, helping us work through refinancing our HB property and setting us up to buy our next home, all over the phone! Nothing was too much trouble, and there were even some pep talks thrown in when the stress was wearing us very thin.
